Forms of therapy

Everyone is unique, which calls for an approach carefully attuned to your personal needs and situation. In my practice, I offer different forms of therapy, each addressing a specific aspect of your well-being.

Rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach, therapy is tailored to what is most supportive for you at this moment in your life.

Below is an overview of the main forms of therapy I offer.

Gestalt Therapy

Gestalt Therapy is an experiential form of psychotherapy that focuses on awareness, contact, and responsibility in the here and now. It supports you in becoming more aware of how you experience yourself, others, and the world around you.

By paying attention to what is happening in the present moment — in thoughts, emotions, bodily sensations, and relationships — Gestalt Therapy helps you recognise patterns that may limit your freedom or vitality. Through this awareness, new choices and possibilities can emerge.

Psychosocial Therapy

Psychosocial Therapy focuses on the interaction between psychological processes and your social environment. This includes relationships, work, family, and the broader context in which you live.

The aim of psychosocial therapy is to find a dynamic balance between your own needs and the demands or expectations of your environment. Therapy supports you in understanding how thoughts, emotions, and relational patterns influence one another, and in developing more sustainable ways of relating.
